$21.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience | Full-time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM with weekend and holiday on-call rotation

Trail Ridge Senior Living Community is looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our community safe, comfortable, and running smoothly for the residents and staff who call it home.

What You'll Do

Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the community
Troubleshoot and repair building systems, equipment, and fixtures
Complete and document work orders in a timely, professional manner
Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive interior and exterior environment
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed
Participate in scheduled weekend and holiday maintenance rotations

What You'll Need

Required:

High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance equipment and supplies
Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred:

1+ years of facility maintenance experience, ideally in senior living or a similar residential setting
Technical certification or trade school training
Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently

Pay and Benefits

$21.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
