Position: Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer
Location: Hybrid position with a primarily remote schedule, but occasional in-person time required at the ABHM Home Office during standard daytime hours.
Salary Range: $170,000–$195,000/year

Your Role and Impact
As Chief Marketing Officer, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing a unified marketing, branding, and business development strategy that reflects ABHM’s mission and drives measurable growth. You’ll enhance brand visibility, increase occupancy, foster community engagement, and identify new business opportunities to meet the needs of today’s and tomorrow’s seniors.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and lead ABHM’s integrated marketing and communications strategy
Oversee brand management, digital marketing, advertising, and public relations
Align marketing efforts with occupancy and revenue goals
Identify and pursue business development opportunities across senior housing, services, and care models
Lead asset planning for remodeling, repositioning, expansion, and strategic disposition
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement development projects
Utilize data analytics, market research, and customer insights to drive decision-making
Mentor and guide the Director of Marketing and broader sales/marketing teams
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent expereince
8+ years of experience in marketing or combination of marketing and business development, preferably in senior living or healthcare
Strong people leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills
Ability to travel periodically, including overnight stays
