What You'll Do:
- Lead and assist with recreational, social, creative, and wellness activities for residents.
- Encourage resident participation through one-on-one visits and group activities.
- Help plan special events, parties, outings, and seasonal celebrations.
- Transport residents to community outings (no CDL required).
- Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where residents can thrive.
What You'll Need:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Experience working with seniors or in activities is a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a small bus (CDL not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
