What You'll Do:

Lead and assist with recreational, social, creative, and wellness activities for residents.
Encourage resident participation through one-on-one visits and group activities.
Help plan special events, parties, outings, and seasonal celebrations.
Transport residents to community outings (no CDL required).
Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where residents can thrive.

What You'll Need:

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Comfortable working independently.
Experience working with seniors or in activities is a plus, but not required.
Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a small bus (CDL not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
