We provide a wide range of supportive home care services for individuals who wish to remain independent in their own homes. We’re looking for dependable, service-driven professionals who are passionate about quality care, client experience, and supporting caregivers to deliver their very best.
This role supports clients and caregivers across Waukesha and Milwaukee Counties, including the Lake Country area and Eagle/Mukwonago communities.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on client support and in-home care as needed
- Conduct monthly client visits and quality audits to ensure high standards of care
- Advocate for clients by identifying needs and working with the scheduling team to ensure proper caregiver coverage and training
- Support onboarding and ongoing training for caregivers to align with client expectations and care plans
- Assist with coordination between clients, caregivers, and office staff
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support client and caregiver needs
- Maintain clear communication and documentation related to client satisfaction and care quality
Schedule & Availability:
- On-call rotation required
- Includes weekend rotation and holiday coverage
- Flexible availability needed to support both clients in the field and caregiver/scheduling needs
What You’ll Need:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience in hands-on client care, preferably with seniors
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- Comfort working both in-home and with office/scheduling teams
