What You'll Do

As an Exterior Maintenance Technician, you'll help maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of our community's outdoor spaces so residents can enjoy a clean, welcoming environment every day.

Responsibilities include:

Perform general exterior maintenance and groundskeeping throughout the community
Maintain the appearance and safety of outdoor spaces, sidewalks, walkways, and common areas
Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and seasonal property upkeep
Safely operate maintenance equipment, tools, and machinery
Identify, report, and help address maintenance concerns to promote a safe environment
Assist with special projects and additional maintenance responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
Minimum one year of maintenance experience required
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Strong attention to detail, dependability, and commitment to safety
