What You'll Do:

Perform general exterior maintenance and groundskeeping duties throughout the community
Maintain the appearance and safety of outdoor spaces, walkways, and common areas
Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and seasonal property upkeep
Operate maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively
Identify and report maintenance concerns to ensure a safe environment
Support special projects and other maintenance-related tasks as assigned

What You'll Need:

1+ years of maintenance experience required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
