What You'll Do:
- Perform general exterior maintenance and groundskeeping duties throughout the community
- Maintain the appearance and safety of outdoor spaces, walkways, and common areas
- Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and seasonal property upkeep
- Operate maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Identify and report maintenance concerns to ensure a safe environment
- Support special projects and other maintenance-related tasks as assigned
What You'll Need:
- 1+ years of maintenance experience required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
