What You'll Do:
- Perform general maintenance throughout the facility, including but not limited to painting resident apartments for turnover, replacing light bulbs, and assisting with other maintenance-related needs as required.
- Maintaining tools and equipment, performing fire and severe weather drills, and maintaining outside grounds during the winter season.
What You'll Need:
- Prior experience preferred, but not required
- IT experience preferred, but not required
- Willingness to obtain a Boiler License once hired
