What You'll Do
- Complete maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
- Perform repairs on building systems, equipment, lighting, plumbing, and fixtures
- Assist with apartment turnovers and resident move-ins
- Support groundskeeping activities, including seasonal maintenance as needed
- Monitor and maintain facility safety systems and equipment
- Operate community vehicles, including wheelchair-accessible vans and buses, for resident transportation
- Respond to on-call maintenance needs as assigned
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills
- Must be willing to operate a wheelchair-accessible van or bus for resident transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience
- Chauffeur License preferred

- Holidays are required
- Weekends are generally not required; however, team members may occasionally be scheduled on weekends when assigned to the on-call rotation.
