What You’ll Do:
- Support the admissions process for prospective residents
- Serve as a key point of contact for residents, families, and referral partners
- Coordinate documentation, insurance information, and admission details
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth transitions
- Provide compassionate support while working closely with elderly residents
What You’ll Need:
- Relevant experience required (nursing home or insurance experience strongly preferred)
- Comfort working with elderly populations (assisted living or similar experience a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent English required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
