- Flexible Scheduling: Day and NOC shifts available
- Sunday: Day shift
- Wednesday–Saturday: NOC shift each night
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality care that supports each resident’s physical, mental, and social well-being
- Lead resident assessments, care planning, interventions, and evaluations
- Collaborate with residents, families, and care teams to create and implement care plans
- Promote regulatory compliance and clinical excellence
- Serve as a mentor and resource to fellow clinical staff
What You’ll Need:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Active Colorado RN License
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- 1+ year of nursing experience in long-term care required
