What You’ll Do:

Deliver high-quality care that supports each resident’s physical, mental, and social well-being
Lead resident assessments, care planning, interventions, and evaluations
Collaborate with residents, families, and care teams to create and implement care plans
Promote regulatory compliance and clinical excellence
Serve as a mentor and resource to fellow clinical staff

What You’ll Need:

Must be at least 18 years old
Active Colorado RN License
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
1+ year of nursing experience in long-term care required
