What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and direct the delivery of high-quality clinical care and services
- Ensure compliance with clinical regulations and best practices
- Supervise daily nursing activities across all shifts
- Support and guide clinical staff to maintain consistent standards of care
- Promote resident well-being—physical, mental, and psychosocial
- Implement community procedures aligned with state and federal laws
- Lead by example in upholding the mission and core values of ABHM
What You’ll Need:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Clear verbal and written communication in English (required)
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Colorado RN license or Compact RN license
- At least 2 years of clinical and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- Geriatric care experience strongly preferred
- Current CPR Certification
