What You'll Do:
- Develops and implements social services policies and care standards
- Manages and supports social services staff, including hiring, training, and performance oversight
- Provides psychosocial assessments, counseling, and care planning for residents
- Advocates for residents’ rights, dignity, and well-being
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and external partners to coordinate care
- Supports admissions, discharges, and family communications
- Ensures compliance with regulations, documentation, and ethical standards
What You'll Need:
- Social Worker's license within the state of Nebraska required
- 3+ years of experience as a social worker in long-term care or equivalent in medical or mental health required
- 1+ years of experience collaborating with an Interdisciplinary Care Team as a Social Worker required
